This Privacy Policy explains how Tiba Design Sdn. Bhd., a company registered in Malaysia ("TIBA Design," "we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit pingendum.com or use the Pingendum service (collectively, the "Service").

We currently collect:

• Email address: the address you give us when you join the waitlist. That is the only field the form asks for — we do not collect your name, and no account is created.
• Signup context: which page you submitted the form from, and the date and time you submitted it.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard request information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in the course of serving and securing the Site.

The Site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We do not use tracking or profiling tools of any kind.

We do not currently collect payment information, as Pingendum does not yet offer paid plans. If we later introduce accounts, paid plans, or analytics, we will update this policy before doing so.

We use your information to:

• Communicate with you about product updates, launches, and waitlist status
• Provide and improve the Service
• Respond to your inquiries
• Maintain the security and integrity of the Service

We use third-party email service providers (such as Resend) to send you account and product-related emails. These providers process your email address solely to deliver our communications and are bound by their own privacy and security practices.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, email delivery), under obligations to protect your data
• Authorities, if required by law

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights).

Pingendum is available globally. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including Malaysia, where TIBA Design operates. We take reasonable steps to protect your information wherever it is processed.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
